Take a picture of a “before” and “after” view of any of your reorganizing projects based on the information in the workshops to create an efficient kitchen. You can use up to four (4) “different” projects (i.e. how you improved your work triangle, how you changed the storage arrangement inside a cabinet, how you added extra storage space on a single shelf, how you rearranged groceries in your pantry, how you added or eliminated some device to add counter space, how you changed or added to your lighting, how you changed your drawer storage, etc.). Write a comment for each project as to how the change/improvement helped the efficiency of your kitchen.
